This fall, CODECS launches a series of demonstrative courses for those who are interested in their professional development. For a couple of hours, the participants in this event will become students in the management development programs offered by CODECS. In the interval September 7 – October 19, CODECS will organize four such events, which will simulate real course situations, presenting details on programs offered by CODECS in partnership with The Open University UK.

The first course of the series will take place on Wednesday, September 7, on the theme of “Managing Change”. The course will present change strategies, procedures, techniques and tools that can be used in change processes, both on individual and organizational level.

“It has become commonplace to note that most organizations operate in an environment of accelerated change. Polls often speak of change fatigue or stress. At the same time, we have to respond quickly to changes in the business environment and it is important to understand the change and know how to plan and implement it" says Dr. Rodica Maria Radulescu, Director of CODECS Business School.

During the event, the participants will have the opportunity to exchange business books. Participants are invited to bring business books considered by them as relevant, and to offer them to colleagues in exchange for other books. Also, CODECS will present you books released by its publishing department.

The courses will be held at the CODECS HQ at no. 37-39 Agricultori str. Sector 2, Bucharest.
