CODECS continues its series of demonstrative courses addressed to those who are interested in their own professional development, with "Organization and people", as part of the Professional Certificate in Management, offered by the Open University Business School.

The course analyzes the role of managers in organizations and proposes various approaches adopted for dealing with important aspects of their work – motivation, teamwork, and leadership. The course aims at helping people become more confident in their work and better understand what being a manager entails, regardless of their sector.

During the Wednesday event, we will announce the winner of the contest held on the social media platform LinkedIn, who receives a 1,500 Euro scholarship for the program „Organization and people”, part of the Professional Certificate in Management. The contest is held in the CODECS Network group till Monday, September 26, on a dedicated discussion page.

The course will be held on Wednesday, September 28, from 6:30 p.m. at CODECS HQ, at No. 37-39 Agricultori street, Sector 2, Bucharest.
