On Thursday, March 31, 2011 we invite you to the Open Mind - Project Management & Business Operations, where we will present you the Project Management and Business Operations programs offered by CODECS.

The Project Management course is addressed both to managers who are currently working in this area and to those who just launched in such a career. This 6 month course is recognized by the Project Management Association Romania (APMR), affiliated to the International Project Management Association (IPMA). The program is divided into 6 modules with a strong practical component, like all our programs: Project initiation / Risk, estimates and contracts, / Project planning / Training and leading a project team / Project execution – Configuration Management / Standards, methodologies and reflections on projects. Over 9,000 managers participated in this program offered by CODECS.

Along with the MBA and the Professional Certificate in Management, Business Operations is a program offered in partnership with the Open University from Britain. It is mainly addressed to operations managers, but it is accessible and useful for entrepreneurs who are interested in increasing the efficiency of their manufacturing, service, purchasing and logistics processes.
