Time Management


Program goal


This training program, lasting 3 days, allows the students to identify what are the main personal and organizational “time thieves" and to establish a concrete set of measures that are applicable starting the next day.

Objectives


The program’s objectives are:
  • To accept and initiate changes at time management level in both personal and organizational fields;
  • To exert a personal positive impact on the company, clients and colleagues;
  • To take control over one’s personal life.


Covered competencies


The program stimulates behavioral formation that leads towards the best managements of own activities and the improvement of ways to spend time.

Program structure and duration

 
  • The duration of the program is 3 consecutive days per student group.
  • One day of training contains 6 hours of actual work, arranged in 4 1½ hour sessions.
