Professional Diploma in Sales Management
Between September - December 2025, CODECS is organizing the Professional Diploma in Sales Management program.
The program develops relevant skills and knowledge for sales managers so that they can actively participate in setting, directing, and coordinating the processes of developing the sales activities portfolio for the organization's products and services.
PROGRAM PURPOSE:
The main purpose of the program is to facilitate participants’ development of leadership and managerial competencies as well as to solidify their knowledge in the field of sales and sales management.
WHO IT IS FOR:
The program is addressed to both managers who want to develop their skills in organizing and coordinating sales activities, individuals in training or recently promoted to management roles, consultants and specialists from other fields, as well as anyone wishing to expand their knowledge and improve their performance and career prospects. The training program provides participants with both specific knowledge and skills for sales activities and general leadership and management competencies.
OBJECTIVES:
- Understanding various perspectives in the execution of sales activities and sales management processes;
- Examining the role of technology in achieving sales in an organization and creating added value for customers;
- Providing the tools, techniques, and models necessary to critically analyze an organization's sales operations and their management;
- Understanding how to apply sales concepts and channels within an organization;
- In-depth understanding of potential sales management issues that may arise in various organizations and industries.

- Efficient environmental scanning, vision, and leadership;
- Development of skills and knowledge required to design effective departmental or organizational processes/operations;
- Proactivity and persuasion skills for specific situations;
- Human resource management;
- Use of management tools for change at the departmental and organizational levels;
- Capability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and facilitation skills.
STRUCTURE AND DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
The course spans 4 months, including in-class tutorials, online activities on a dedicated forum, and a Residential School.
The educational program has a highly interactive nature, combining classroom activities with online work and individual projects with group ones, aiming to encourage both experience-sharing with tutors and colleagues and the stimulation of participants' creativity.
The program is designed so that participants do not need to interrupt their professional activity.

The tutors hold internationally recognized professional certifications and have relevant practical experience in the field, enabling them to share both successes and failures from their professional lives. Required Knowledge
The Professional Diploma in Sales Management can be considered a standalone course and does not have specific prerequisites. However, practical experience is necessary, though not necessarily in sales. During the course, you will need to apply course concepts to processes with which you are familiar.
