Lean Six Sigma Series
What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean Six Sigma is a globally recognized methodology for improving processes and increasing operational efficiency. By combining Lean principles with Six Sigma, this approach offers a clear and effective structure for identifying and eliminating waste, reducing variation, and optimizing process performance.
Why Lean Six Sigma?
Lean Six Sigma can be defined from multiple perspectives: a process improvement methodology, a structured approach, a philosophy, a universal metric for processes, and so on. However, the most important aspects that bring added value to today's organizations are the guiding line of DMAIC, the root cause and then solution approach, fact-based decision-making through a scientific approach (statistics and data), and the many useful tools that can also be used individually — all these forming the foundation of tomorrow's organizations.
Even though it is a long-established methodology, Lean Six Sigma continues to help organizations transform, adapt, and improve their processes. It also helps today in understanding how to digitalize, automate, optimize, or outsource processes using a structured approach and to get the best results where they are most needed.
Benefits of Lean Six Sigma training
