Diploma Profesionala in Management este un “must have” al persoanelor care isi doresc o cariera in management. Eu am ales CODECS pentru acest program si am fost placut impresionat de suportul extrem de profesionist al tutorilor precum si interactiunea cu acestia. Programul este foarte bine concentrat, documentat si structurat. Am apreciat accesul la resursele pe care noi, cursantii, le avem la dispozitie pe toata perioada programului, materiale ce creeaza un mediu excelent pentru schimb de idei si invatare prin practica, imbinat cu studii de caz reale si actuale.

I attended the DPMP program from Codecs between October 2019 and January 2020, at a time when I was already managing projects using Agile methodologies, but I wanted to build a complete and logical project management framework, from waterfall to agile. The course provided exactly the solid foundation I was looking for. What impressed me the most was the practical applicability and the real-life examples shared by the trainer, Marian Oprea. It wasn’t just theory – every concept was illustrated with concrete situations from real projects, which helped me understand not only the “what”, but also the “how” and the “why” behind project management. The certification preparation bootcamp was extremely useful and also created valuable connections with colleagues from various industries, enriching the learning experience through the exchange of different perspectives. The impact on my career has been significant: today I manage projects much more efficiently, I have gained strong confidence in my project management skills, and this certification helped me transition first into a Senior Project Manager role and later into a Program Manager position. The logical structure I gained allows me to approach any type of project with confidence, regardless of the methodology used. I highly recommend this program to everyone – from beginners in project management, to professionals who want to formalize their knowledge, as well as managers looking for a recognized certification. It is the right investment for anyone who wants to advance their career and strengthen their project management skills.

Participating in the CODECS Professional Diploma in Project Management course was an important step in my career as a Project Manager. Pentru anul in curs, mi-am propus sa particip la un curs de management, care sa aduca un plus experientei curente in zona operationala IT si mai ales, instrumente. Revizuind propunerile oferite de CODECS, am selectat Managementul Operatiunilor si s-a dovedit a fi o alegere pragmatica si in acelasi timp, o provocare, o invitatie de a intelege ce inseamna operatiuni in alte domenii (in general si apoi, in detaliu). Am descoperit un curs complex, bine structurat si documentat, cu exemple multiple, din toate domeniile. Cursul abunda cu informatii dar acesta este un aspect forte, deoarece le permite cursantilor posibilitatea de a selecta, de a compara si de a adapta metodele de abordare prezentate la propriile organizatii si/sau situatii specifice. Spectrul vast de instrumente puse la dispozitie si aplicabilitatea acestora este, cu siguranta, cu mare castig. Punctez la capitolul de profesionalism si implicarea trainer-ului. Felicitari echipei !
