"Several years ago I made the international certification in Project Management my personal objective. I heard about PMI and their certifications and I thought about finding a company with which to "pass my test". That’s how I ended up at CODECS and found out that, until the actual exam, there’s a lot of way to go. I attended the preparatory courses MZT865 (June - November 2007) and PMP Framework (November 2009) and in 2010 I started the formalities and got my PMI certification. I would like to mention the professionalism and seriousness of the trainers, and especially their infectious optimism and pragmatic attitude towards the exam, which they inspired me from the start. I started my journey 3 years ago and I don’t regret choosing CODECS. I consider these stages as being the highlights of my professional training."

Diploma Profesionala in Management este un “must have” al persoanelor care isi doresc o cariera in management. Eu am ales CODECS pentru acest program si am fost placut impresionat de suportul extrem de profesionist al tutorilor precum si interactiunea cu acestia. Programul este foarte bine concentrat, documentat si structurat. Am apreciat accesul la resursele pe care noi, cursantii, le avem la dispozitie pe toata perioada programului, materiale ce creeaza un mediu excelent pentru schimb de idei si invatare prin practica, imbinat cu studii de caz reale si actuale.

Am obtinut de curand certificarea Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt in urma unor cursuri urmate la Codecs intr-un cadru extrem de profesionist cu suport de curs foarte bine structurat. Am luat cu brio examenul si datorita echipei de profesionisti formata din cei doi traineri de exceptie precum si staffului aferent. In urma experientei placute cu siguranta vor mai urma si alte cursuri si certificari prin Codecs. Multumiri tuturor!

Pentru anul in curs, mi-am propus sa particip la un curs de management, care sa aduca un plus experientei curente in zona operationala IT si mai ales, instrumente. Revizuind propunerile oferite de CODECS, am selectat Managementul Operatiunilor si s-a dovedit a fi o alegere pragmatica si in acelasi timp, o provocare, o invitatie de a intelege ce inseamna operatiuni in alte domenii (in general si apoi, in detaliu). Am descoperit un curs complex, bine structurat si documentat, cu exemple multiple, din toate domeniile. Cursul abunda cu informatii dar acesta este un aspect forte, deoarece le permite cursantilor posibilitatea de a selecta, de a compara si de a adapta metodele de abordare prezentate la propriile organizatii si/sau situatii specifice. Spectrul vast de instrumente puse la dispozitie si aplicabilitatea acestora este, cu siguranta, cu mare castig. Punctez la capitolul de profesionalism si implicarea trainer-ului. Felicitari echipei !

In urma cu mai mult de 10 ani participam pentru prima data la un curs organizat de cei de la CODECS si imi amintesc ca am ramas placut impresionat de nivelul de profesionalism al echipei. In acest weekend am fost din nou alaturi de ei pentru a descoperi ce inseamna Lean Six Sigma si pentru a pregati primul nivel de certificare IASSC si, din nou, mi-au demonstrat ca sunt profesionisti desavarsiti livrand informatie de calitate prin intermediul unor oameni cu ani de experienta in domeniu. Vreau sa va multumesc pentru ocazia de a beneficia de acest curs: Manager Performant :) Pentru mine, in calitate de aspiranta la o pozitie de management, a adus ceea ce imi doream, si anume: structura, comunicare sincera cu alti manageri, exemple concrete pentru anumite situatii dpdv managerial. As putea spune ca asteptarea mea a dat roade si acum am ceva mai mult curaj si disponibilitate sufleteasca / emotionala pentru o asemenea aventura si sunt convinsa ca va da roade. Cat despre CODECS, sper ca viitorul imi va aduce ocazia de a mai beneficia de expertiza trainer-ilor vostri. Iar in acest caz, punctual, trainerul m-a surprins in mod placut intrucat nu doar ca are cunostintele si experienta necesare, dar si modul cum a reusit sa faca mesajele sa ajunga la noi a fost unul unic, interactiv, de trezire continua a curiozitatii. Cu alte cuvinte, eu simt ca am primit din acest curs maxim din cat puteam primi la momentul actual si datorita modului cum ne-a fost livrat. Va multumesc!

I attended the DPMP program from Codecs between October 2019 and January 2020, at a time when I was already managing projects using Agile methodologies, but I wanted to build a complete and logical project management framework, from waterfall to agile. The course provided exactly the solid foundation I was looking for. What impressed me the most was the practical applicability and the real-life examples shared by the trainer, Marian Oprea. It wasn’t just theory – every concept was illustrated with concrete situations from real projects, which helped me understand not only the “what”, but also the “how” and the “why” behind project management. The certification preparation bootcamp was extremely useful and also created valuable connections with colleagues from various industries, enriching the learning experience through the exchange of different perspectives. The impact on my career has been significant: today I manage projects much more efficiently, I have gained strong confidence in my project management skills, and this certification helped me transition first into a Senior Project Manager role and later into a Program Manager position. The logical structure I gained allows me to approach any type of project with confidence, regardless of the methodology used. I highly recommend this program to everyone – from beginners in project management, to professionals who want to formalize their knowledge, as well as managers looking for a recognized certification. It is the right investment for anyone who wants to advance their career and strengthen their project management skills.

Participating in the CODECS Professional Diploma in Project Management course was an important step in my career as a Project Manager. The mentoring style, ongoing guidance, and constant feedback, applied to a real project, made all the difference. I especially appreciated the ability to translate theoretical concepts into concrete and relevant practical situations for the professional environment.
