On Thursday, 18 October, CODECS welcomes you to a new event in the series CODECS Open Mind - "Problems and solutions in Project Management". The interactive workshop is dedicated to our Project Management program, with an extensive presentation of courses offered by CODECS in partnership with The Open University UK.

The successful completion of a project involves several essential steps. Do you want to know what steps lead to the success of a project? Do you want to learn more about project management? If you answer yes to both questions, we invite you to find out more details about the phases of a project, from project initiation through project risk, estimates, contracts, planning, building and leading a project team, project execution and configuration management, to standards, methodologies and reflections on projects. The course Project Management delivered by CODECS in partnership with The Open University UK is recognized as a valid source of project management training by the Romanian Project Management Association (APMR), affiliated to the International Project Management Association (IPMA).

The event will first provide details on our Project Management, Business Operations and Supply Chain Innovation, Strategy and Management programs; afterwards, you will have the opportunity to use some project management concepts in an interactive workshop.

The event will take place on Thursday, 18 October 2012, from 6 p.m. at CODECS HQ, 37-39 Agricultori street, Sector 2, in Bucharest.
