  • Understanding the dynamics of animosity relationships.

  • Writing a personal story about a case of animosity.
  • Evaluating the consequences of animosity.
Module 3

A Profound Attitude Shift

  • The four reasons we enter states of animosity.
  • The apparent gains of animosity vs. the cost we pay.
  • Understanding the absurdity of trying to force others to change.
  • Experiencing a profound shift in attitude toward others.
  • Practicing the skill of creating safety and trust conditions in relationships.

Face-to-Face Communication

  • Analyzing the role of communication in interpersonal relationships.
  • Learning about alternative ways to communicate and influence others.
  • Identifying your "natural language" or preferred communication style.
  • Understanding the consequences of the absence of dialogue.

Interpersonal Dialogue: Fundamentals

  • A model and the fundamental principles of dialogue.
  • Why reciprocity is the "cornerstone" of dialogue.
  • How to create a common ground of understanding.
  • How to solve problems in a mutually beneficial manner.

Interpersonal Dialogue: The Stages
