Managing 3: The integration challenge
Managing 3: The integration challenge is one of the three modules of the Professional Certificate in Management, prestigious qualification in management programme offered by CODECS.

This module is designed to be studied after completing .“Management 1: organisations and people” and “Management 2: marketing and finance”, or may be studied at the same time as one of these courses.

• to develop and examine the ability to understand and tackle complex and integrated management problems.
The overall shape of the course is as follows:
Preparation (months 1- 4)
A range of optional individual study and online activities aimed at consolidating previous learning, integration of concepts and preparation for the later parts of study.

At the school you get the opportunity to look at a business case created to help you integrate the knowledge you have gained on the other two modules. It is designed specifically to help you prepare for the examination.
The school develops:
• core interpersonal management skills
