  Establishment of CODECS, with the objective of promoting and developing distance education in Romania.
• 1995
  Partnership with the Open University (UK) – a major step in the development of business education.
• 1998
  Launch of CODECS Publishing House and the training & consultancy division.
• 2000
  Introduction of Project Management programs in Romania.
• 2001
  Establishment of the CODECS Foundation for Leadership and launch of the "Leaders of the Third Millennium" program.
• 2007
  Expansion and standardization: launch of specialized programs and certifications (e.g., ISO).
• 2010
  Within the MBA Program – Stage 1, the course “Management: Perspectives and Practice” is introduced, strengthening the academic and applied components.
• 2011
  CODECS signs an exclusive partnership with 360Solutions, one of the world's strongest training providers. CODECS begins offering programs developed by the US partner.
• 2014
  CODECS becomes an IASSC Accredited Center and delivers Lean Six Sigma training and certification programs.
• 2014–2018
  CODECS undergoes insolvency proceedings, successfully paying off debts of approximately 3.5 million euros — a period of restructuring and strategic consolidation.
• 2019
  Launch of the Business School program Management Essentials | First Time Manager.
• 2022
  Launch of the Business School program Professional Diploma in Sales Management.
• 2022
  Launch of the Process Improvement Manager program (CAFFPA certification) and accreditation as an ICBCIP center.
• 2023
  Launch of CAFFPA certification programs: Digital and Cyber Security Competence, including Internet Safety.
• 2023
  Resumption of editorial activity with 3 new titles. CODECS participates in the Gaudeamus Book Fair.

  CODECS becomes an authorized provider for the START-up Nation program through the Entrepreneurial Competence course.
