Applied Methodology

The Core Pillar: Individual Applied Project

The defining element of the DPMP is the Individual Project developed over the 4 months. Under the direct mentorship of Marian Oprea, you will apply the theory from the workbook directly to a real initiative within your organization.

You will go through every stage — from defining the scope according to global standards, to risk management and resource monitoring. Ultimately, you leave with a finished working tool, validated and ready for immediate implementation on the job.
