  • Formulating a set of operating norms for the team.

Module 3: Effective meetings

  • Characteristics of effective meetings.
  • How to set an agenda and a format for minutes.
  • Necessary leadership roles and dialogue skills.

Module 4: Customer focus

  • Examining the attitude and evaluating the degree of customer orientation.
  • Analyzing feedback and formulating improvement plans.
  • Setting up a measurement system for customer requirements.

Module 5: Process management

  • Definitions and basic process mapping skills.
  • Mapping the team's core processes.
  • Identifying and analyzing process deviations.
  • Creating action plans for improvement and control.

Module 6: Member roles and responsibilities

  • How a team can become autonomous and self-directed.
  • Clarifying collective responsibilities and setting priorities.
  • Designating, allocating roles, and understanding empowerment.
  • Using the empowerment matrix and creating the maturity matrix.

Module 7: Goal setting and tracking results
