To find the answer to the challenges faced by managers at the beginning of their careers, but also to develop your managerial skills, CODECS has created for you the MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS | FIRST TIME MANAGER program.

The main purpose of the program is to develop relevant skills and knowledge for managers, so they actively engage in the organization and create value for stakeholders. The educational program has a pronounced interactive character and the study method – blended learning – combines classroom activities with online ones, as well as individual and group projects.
