This training prepares participants to apply Lean concepts and philosophy to any business process, within any industry, function, or team with the aim of improving the process and achieving quantifiable benefits.

Duration: 2 days

The course includes an E2E business process simulation.
Participants will simulate this process, identify and document it correctly, and collect data. They will analyze the collected data to understand the causes of the current process performance. Based on the understanding and quantification of these causes, they will generate solutions. Using the selected solutions, they will redesign the process and measure the performance of the new process.

The benefits brought by the implemented solutions will be calculated by the end of the project.

Lean Introduction
End 2 End process documentation: of the 3 process flows (including BPM principles)
Calculation of the process Lean Indicators
Understanding the process and identifying activities that do not add value within a process, as well as waste and their quantification; Process balancing analysis
Generating ideas based on the identified causes
Process remodeling and testing
