Starting this July, the Project Management program offered by CODECS will see a series of changes, in response to requirements from managers in the new post-crisis economic context.

The duration of the program will be reduced to 4 months and will include 3 tutorials, whose duration will be increased to 4 hours. Towards its end, the program will include a Residential School to help students review the material and prepare for their final examination. Unlike last year, the students who want to enroll in the project management program will not have to wait for the spring and autumn registration sessions. Starting this July, CODECS will start course presentations every month. The registration deadline for the first series in the new format is July 12.

The Project Management program is addressed to managers already working in this field as well as those who have just started their careers. The course is recognized by the Association of Project Management Romania (APMR), affiliated to the International Project Management Association (IPMA). The program is divided into six modules, all with a strong practical side: Project initiation / Risk, estimates and contracts / Planning / Training and leadership / Project Execution / Standards, methodologies and reflections on the project. Over 9,000 managers have already participated in this program offered by CODECS.
