Business Process Management | BPM

What is BPM?

Business Process Management (BPM) refers to managing the organization/business through processes.
It is the foundation that should lie at the core of any organization that owns/wants to analyze, improve, and control its processes.
It represents the common language through which processes are documented, assigned ownership, measured, given performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously improved in the same way throughout the organization.
Whether or not the organization wants to improve its processes, it is the only way to define the organization's components based on the vision of shareholders/management and customer expectations.
